Biography

Kathy Imrie was born in Trinidad & Tobago, moved to Canada and then settled in New York when her desire to act became paramount. She studied at the Negro Ensemble Company and Alvin Ailey Dance Studio to insure purity of mind and body. That training helped her get work on stage and in TV and film. She’s been on the boob tube in series such as Da Kink in My Hair and Degrassi: The Next Generation. While she’s returned to Canada in 1987 and continues to act there, also opening a talent agency, she left behind celluloid proof of her beauty. We’re thinking of her professional debut in Shaft’s Big Score! (1972), where she exposed her four Bs, which are black boobs, bush and breasts. Black is boobiful, baby!
